District 101 to Host First STEAM Night

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL- District 101 will host its first STEAM Night from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21 at McClure Junior High, 4225 Wolf Road, in Western Springs.

Activities will include an inflatable planetarium, optics table, a tech petting zoo and a fossil dig. These STEAM opportunities will be held throughout the school in various classrooms, the gym and the library.

The event is funded by the Western Springs Foundation for Educational Excellence and planned by teachers, parents and administration.
