Don't Throw That Away! Where to Recycle Furniture, Electronics, Medicines and More

Before you throw away hazardous material or items that can be recycled to another life, check out our recycling guide for local spots to recycle common (and not so common) household items. Recycle more, waste less!

In an effort be to good stewards of the Earth, members of The Presbyterian Church of Western Springs have put together a reference list of where to recycle household items.  Before you throw anything away, check out our reference guide for where to recycle:

It's been a great summer at PCWS and now we're gearing up for the Fall season of worship and fellowship.  Here's what's coming up at the Presbyterian Church of Western Springs:

Sunday, September 1:
  • Worship at 9:30am with Communion
  • Fellowship time and coffee hour at 10:30
Sunday, September 8:  Rally Day!
  • Worship at 9:30am, with a special hymn sing and Sunday School teacher dedication
  • Rally Day games and activities at 10:30am to kick off our Sunday School year
  • Rally Day BBQ and Picnic at 11am
