DUI, Graffiti Reported: Western Springs Police Reports

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Criminal Defacement Of Property

• A citizen reported graffiti at the 53rd Street bridge at 10:38 a.m. April 2. The graffiti appeared old, but it was documented.

Warrant

• Aaron Mercer, 33, of Woodridge, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. April 4 at Ogden and Hampton avenues for an outstanding warrant.

DUI

• Mary Hickey, 20, of La Grange Park, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. April 7 at Ogden Avenue and I-294 for speeding, operation of an uninsured vehicle, DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession/consumption of alcohol.
