DUI and License Suspended: Western Springs Blotter

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Jennifer Fischer, 40, Deming, New Mexico, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. April 17 at Ogden and Grand avenues for DUI-alcohol, transportation of open alcohol and improper lane use.

Driving While License Suspended

• Eric Elliott, 31, Elmhurst, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. April 18 at 42nd Street and Wolf Road for driving while license suspended.
• Ivan Pinedo, 20, Oak Lawn, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. April 21 at 55th Street and I-294 for driving while license suspended. He was also cited for no insurance.
