Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia

A 15-year-old La Grange boy was given a local ordinance citation for being in possession of drug paraphernalia at Lyons Township High School, 4900 Willow Springs Road at 1:31 p.m. on April 18.

DUI / Resisting A Peace Officer

Julie E. Taylor, 55, of La Grange Park was arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest after a traffic stop was conducted for speeding at 12:11 a.m. on April 15 at Ogden Avenue and Wolf Road.

Retail Theft

Cody L. Barton, 27, of Brookfield was charged with retail theft - under $150 at Mariano's, 4700 Gilbert Ave. at 6:38 p.m. on April 16. Barton is accused of drinking from a container without paying for it.
