Members will discuss and vote on proposed changes to the Constitution and By-Laws of The Tower Caucus Party to allow Village Officials to serve a two term limit and also proposed changes regarding the interim appointment of party officers and duties.
CAUCUS HISTORY: Elected government officials of Western Springs’ Village Board, Library Board, and Park Board are nominated and elected through a single-party nonpartisan town hall meeting system, or “Tower Caucus” of its residents. All residents of voting age are Tower Caucus Party members.
