4 Cars Involved In Western Springs Crash: Cops
Occupants of the cars were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — A collision involving four vehicles occurred Saturday afternoon in Western Springs, police said. The crash happened at 1:01 p.m. Saturday at 55th Street and Woodland Avenue in Western Springs.
According to police, a car was traveling eastbound on 55th and crossed over the center lane and struck a car that was heading westbound on 55th Street. Two additional vehicles were also impacted from the initial collision.
Police said the occupants of the cars were taken to Lurie’s Children Hospital and AMITA Health Adventist
Hospitals, located in Chicago, La Grange, and Hinsdale for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation into this incident remains ongoing.
