Get a sneak peek at Parent University

Hosted by Parent Community Network (PCN) at Lyons Township High School in January

If you missed the recent Parent University held last month and hosted by Parent Community Network (PCN) at Lyons Township High School, you have an opportunity to watch the keynote address and two of the event’s most popular sessions.

Keynote speaker Dr. John Duffy’s presentation The Anxiety Problem in Parenting: Managing Yours, Minimizing Your Child’s,The ABCs of Procrastination” with Lonn Obee and “Sibling Rivalry and Competition” with Mike Maniacci can be found on the LTTV YouTube Channel and the district website at www.lths.net/PCN. Each session is about an hour in length.

Parent Community Network is a volunteer group of District 204 area parents, educators and community members, who share the goal of ongoing parental education and support to raise healthy, well adjusted, substance and violence-free children. PCN’s mission is to enhance communication, share information and support among parents, schools, and community groups in promoting and creating a healthy and safe environment for youth.
