Indeed, a couple of the homes we found for sale in Commonwealth are definitely awaiting a personal touch for furnishings. Also, oddly, three of the five Commonwealth homes most recently for sale are on cul-de-sacs, (there is a sixth, but itβs been on the market nearly a year) one in the north and two to the south.
