Villalobos allegedly refused to take field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI of drugs.
The prosecutor said Villalobos is on probation for two prior felony DUI convictions from 2015, the prosecutor said.
“I find his actions to be reprehensible especially since he’s on probation for two DUIs,” Cook County Judge Peter Felice said. “He's a danger to the community.”
The judge set bail at $200,000. He also ordered Villalobos to be on electronic home monitoring and to wear a GPS should he bond out.
Villalobos is due back in Court July 26 in Bridgeview.
