LT to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr.
Friday, January 15 from 6-8pm in the South Campus Performing Arts Center

The Lyons Township High School Black Culture and Multi-Cultural clubs are hosting a Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration Friday, January 15, 6-8pm in the South Campus Performing Arts Center, 4900 S. Willow Springs Rd., Western Springs. This free event, entitled Hope, is open to the entire LT community and will feature keynote speaker Rev. Dr. Geneace Williams, J.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Williams has more than two decades of experience helping clients develop legal and business strategy and is a trusted advisor offering innovative advice and counsel. She serves as President of OLW Communications, Inc., helping clients through innovative strategy design, leadership development, ethics and diversity expertise. Author of Leadership DASH: Breaking Through the Finish Line, an award-winning and insightful work, Dr. Williams gets at the heart of how people become leaders of influence. Prior to forming her consulting practice, she enjoyed a 20-year career as a national litigator for McDonald’s Corporation, business advisor and counselor. Dr. Williams travels globally speaking and teaching on leadership, ethics, diversity, personal development, and the value in strategic and transformative change. She is an ordained minister passionate about the issues that affect women and the underserved.
