LT grads discuss art after high school
The graduates brought artwork, talked about their careers and experiences, and made suggestions about pursuing art after high school.

The Lyons Township High School Art Department recently hosted its annual Art Panel for current students. The graduates, both new and old, brought artwork, talked about their careers and experiences, and made suggestions about pursuing art after high school. The art panel is a great opportunity for current students to network and learn from graduates. Students in Advanced Drawing & Painting and Advanced Placement Studio Art and Art History attended attend, along with 10 students from South Campus. Art teacher Patrick Page says, “LT is very unique compared to other art programs at other high schools. LT graduates a large number of students who go on to study art and eventually land jobs in the field.”
