Missed the Village Improvement Workshop? Catch Up and Promote Ideas

The Village of Western Springs hosted a Downtown Streetscape and Tower Green Improvements Public Workshop on May 14 to exchange ideas to improve Hillgrove Avenue/Burlington Avenue, between Prospect Avenue and Clausen Avenue and the Tower Green.

Residents who missed the workshop can view a video slideshow and recording of the meeting, and ideas are still being collected through the village’s Community Voice page.

Ideas on the page currently include a request to promote new business in Western Springs downtown and to replace recycling bags with plastic bins.
