Neighbor Dispute in Western Springs Continues: Cops

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – A resident in a Western Springs neighborhood was charged last week in connection with pointing security cameras toward a neighbor's house, police said.

Eva A. Kirsch, 68, of the 5400 block of Woodland Avenue, was cited July 10 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Last July, officers were called about a neighbor dispute involving Kirsch, police said. She was cited on a charge of criminal trespassing of real property. Police said her neighbor complained.
