Paint Cans May Have Sparked La Grange Park Basement Fire
A home fire extinguisher was used to put out the fire, reports say.

Update:
The homeowner said equipment belonging to the utility worker who found the fire had something to do with causing it.
He also said the damage caused by the fire has cost him more than $1,300 in cleanup.

The La Grange Park Fire Department was called at 12:33 p.m. Monday to a basement fire in a home in the 500 block of North Stone Avenue.
A home fire extinguisher was used to put out the fire before firefighters arrived, according to the Chicago Tribune. Spray paint can vapors may have sparked the flames.
