This month is a senior fitness clinic. We will be administering a test of 6 different fitness abilities and you will leave with a Master Score Sheet and Senior Fitness Handouts.

Dr. Erkku Ymer, Executive Director of the Ethiopian Community Association of Chicago will give a lecture on Ethiopia, present and current. There will also be professional adult and young children dancers.
Saturday, 7/25: Arsenal of Democracy-Chicago’s Role In Winning World II, Dole Hall 7:15pm
Local historian/writer, Jerome O’Connor adaption from his extensive reporting published in the Chicago Tribune. How Chicago land industries (1400 businesses were involved!) and thousands of citizens teamed to produce a major supply of planes, weapons, equipment, (and even GI rations in the Cracker Jack factory!) to help win World War II.
