Solar Lights Stolen, No License: Western Springs Police Reports

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Theft

• A solar light was damaged and eight solar lights were stolen between Aug. 8 and Aug. 13 in the 4300 block of Franklin Avenue.
• Plants were damaged in the 4700 block of Howard Avenue at 2:35 p.m. Aug. 13.

Driving While License Suspended

• Tabetha Thomas, 26, of Chicago, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Aug. 13 at Ogden and I-294 for driving while license suspended.
• Frank Aranda, 53, of Hammond, Indiana, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Aug. 14 at 40th Street and Wolf Road for driving while license suspended and no rear registration plate light.

No Valid Driver's License

• Miroslaw Bodasinski, 51, of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. Aug. 13 at 47th Street and Wolf Road for no valid driver's license and failure to yield turning left.
