Wear your brightest blue and gold and come cheer on Lyons Township High School Special Olympic athletes as they shoot for nothin’ but net at the upcoming Special Olympics Pack the Place scheduled for Friday, January 13, 5:00-8:00pm in the North Campus Fieldhouse.
LT’s Special Olympics basketball players will take on three teams in one evening. The schedule is as follows:
5pm LT Gold vs. Hinsdale Central
6pm LT Blue vs. York
7pm LT White vs. Riverside Brookfield
Tickets are $3 at the door and automatically enter you in a half-time contest! T-shirts will also be on sale the week before the event and during the games. Groups scheduled to participate this year include Best Buddies, the Madrigals, Cheerleading, Color Guard, Band, ACE Leadership Group, Class Board, Lion’s Den and many sports teams and clubs coming to cheer on these athletes. Please bring family and friends out to enjoy an exciting night full of comradery and spirit.
