Streetlight Repairs Planned in Commonwealth and Springdale Subdivisions

Parts needed to repair the decorative street lights in the Commonwealth and Springdale subdivisions are on back order from the supplier for the Village of Western Springs, and delivery is expected mid-July.

The village has received several requests for the lights to be fixed, and the Municipal Services Department has issued work orders for the repairs, according to the village.

The village has apologized for the inconvenience and will repair the street lights when the replacement parts are delivered.
