Summer Concert Hosted At Tower Green

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Summer continues in Western Springs with the second summer concert at Tower Green on July 12. According to the village's website, the concert will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the Tower Green, 914 Hillgrove Ave., on Wednesday, July 12.

The event is free, and Nick Desmond and The Grand Avenue Big Band will perform at the concert, according to the village's website. The event is sponsored by The Grand Avenue Community Center, Western Springs Park District and the village of Western Springs.

Concert-goers should bring their own lawn chair or blanket for an evening of entertainment.
