Theft of Services and DUI: Western Springs Blotter

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Theft of Services

• Nicholas Baldwin, 26, of the 4500 block of Franklin, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. March 30 in the 4500 block of Franklin for theft of services after refusing to pay fare for a taxi he had used.

DUI

• Laura Birmingham, 47, Westchester, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. April 1 at Ogden and Wolf for DUI, open alcohol and speeding.
