Tools Stolen From Garages: Western Springs Blotter

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

• A juvenile student was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:10 a.m. May 23 at LTHS.

Possession of Tobacco by a Minor

• School officials found a juvenile student in possession of tobacco at 10:48 a.m. May 23 at LTHS.

Burglary

• An unknown person entered an unlocked service door to a garage in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street sometime between 4 p.m. May 21 and 7:30 a.m. May 22. Several tools were stolen.
• An unknown person entered a side door of a garage sometime between May 22 and May 23 in the 1300 block of Walnut Street. Several tools were stolen.

Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle

• An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle sometime between May 21 and 9:30 a.m. May 23 in the 4200 block of Hampton Avenue.
