A 14-year-old boy from Brookfield was charged with possession of tobacco, electronic cigarettes and/or vaping device by a minor at Lyons Township High School, 4900 Gilbert Ave. at 9:35 a.m. on Sept. 12.

Motor Vehicle Theft
An unlocked vehicle with the key fob inside was stolen from a driveway in the 4000 block of Ellington Avenue at 3:37 a.m. on Sept. 8 and was recovered in Riverdale.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle
During the overnight hours of Sept. 7, an unknown subject(s) went through their unlocked vehicle parked in the 4000 block of Ellington Avenue.
Burglary
A complainant in the 4000 block of Harvey Avenue reported that sometime between the hours of 9 p.m. on Sept.7 and 6 a.m. on Sept. 8, an unknown person(s) went through their unlocked vehicle without permission.
