Vie Restaurant in Western Springs has been named a great suburban restaurant, according to Chicago Eater.
WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Vie Restaurant in Western Springs has been named as one of the top 25 great Chicago suburban restaurants, according to a list from Chicago Eater. According to the restaurant's website, it offers contemporary American cuisine inspired by Western European cultures and rustic fare.
The restaurant opened in 2004, according to its website, and focuses on year-round season eating with a menu featuring housemade pickles and preserves.
The lounge and bar of the restaurant are open Tuesday through Thursday, 5 to 11 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight. The dining room is open Tuesday through Thursday, 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.
