Wallet, Cash Stolen Out Of Unlocked Cars: Western Springs Reports

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle

• An unknown suspect removed a wallet from an unlocked car in the 4200 block of Ellington Avenue sometime between 5:30 p.m. April 9 and 5:30 a.m. April 10. The credit cards from the wallet were fraudulently used.
• An unknown suspect removed cash and blank checks from an unlocked car in the 4200 block of Linden Avenue sometime between 8 p.m. April 9 and 9 a.m. April 10.

Warrant

• Glenn Liggons, 26, of Michigan City, Indiana, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. April 8 in the 700 block of Hillgrove Avenue for a warrant.

Driving While License Suspended

• Gerson Feria-Rosas, 38, of Chicago, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. April 9 at 55th and Country Club Drive for speeding, driving while license suspended and operation of an uninsured vehicle.
