Western Springs Builder Deserves Honorable Mention

My father, Felix, is a business owner who lives and works in Western Springs. He is 65 years old, and has been in construction since the age of 20. He is a builder who has constructed many of the homes that you see throughout town. For the past couple of decades, he has been building homes all around Western Springs, and has added so much to the community. He came from nothing, and built his business through hard work and dedication. I think he deserves to be highlighted in the Patch because, not only is he a remarkable person, but he's a wonderful member of the community.

He is the owner of KLM Development Group in Western Springs, a business he started after working for major construction corporations for 25 years. My dad currently has 3 beautiful homes for sale in Western Springs, located at 4337 Lawn, 3929 Grand, and 4933 Grand, in both the Old Town and Forest Hills areas. He is a very humble person, and is shy about accolades; but he is my hero, and someone I deeply admire. I think he deserves to be showcased since he is someone who has tremendously enriched and shaped the town.
