Western Springs Gets New Officer

The new officer comes from the Sterling Police Department. He worked there about a year.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — The Western Springs Police Department welcomed its newest member Monday. Bradley Jasutis was sworn in during a ceremony. He comes from the Sterling Police Department. Sterling is in Whiteside County in northwestern Illinois and is south of Rockford.

Jasutis joined the Sterling Police Department on Jan. 7, 2019, after undergoing training, according to Sauk Valley Media. He went to Yorkville High School and studied at Waubonsee Community College, his Facebook page says.
