Western Springs Hosts Outdoor Ping Pong Tournament
The ping pong tournament is set for Sunday, Sept. 24.
WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Western Springs will hold an outdoor ping pong tournament for both singles and doubles on Sunday, Sept. 24. Players age 10 and up can participate in the tournament which will from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Village Green.
The village said paddles and balls are provided, and players can win prizes too. Pre-registration is required for the tournament.
It's $5 per person to participate, and the sign-up deadline is Thursday, Sept. 21. Warm-up/free play will begin and 11 a.m., and the tournament will start at noon.
