Western Springs Registration for 2015 Winter/Spring Recreation Programs

Mail-In registration for residents is due Thursday, December 4, 2014, to the office at 1500 Walker Street. Walk-In registration for residents begins Monday, December 8, at 1500 Walker from 8:30-4:30 p.m. Nonresident registration begins Monday, December 15, with lottery registration from 8:30-noon followed by walk-in registration at noon.
