In July, Kirsch was charged with disorderly conduct after she pointed all her cameras at her neighbor's house, authorities said. One camera informed visitors to the neighbor's house, "Hi, you are being audio and visually recorded," according to a police report.
Exactly a year before that case, Kirsch was charged with trespassing on a neighbor's property numerous times, police said.
