Wooden Crates Stolen, DUI: Western Springs Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Kristin McDaniel, 42, of Hinsdale, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Sept. 11 at 55th Street and I-294 for DUI-alcohol and speeding 26 to 35 mph over the limit.

Theft

• Two males removed a dozen wooden crates from behind the garbage area of Mariano's, 4700 Gilbert Ave., at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 12.
