Multiple neighboring departments joined Hinsdale crews, who fought intense flames for hours while investigators now work to determine the cause. 
• Maker of Beanie Babies plush toys wins injunction in trademark fight (westlaw.com) — A major Westmont-based employer, Ty Inc., just won a key federal court order blocking a competitor from using “Beanie” on certain collectible toys, protecting its long-running Beanie Babies trademarks. The Chicago judge found Ty is likely to prove infringement and dilution, though she declined to freeze the rival’s assets while the case continues.
