2 Car Burglaries Reported In Wheaton: Police

WHEATON, IL — The Wheaton Police Department is investigating a pair of car burglaries that took place Nov. 16 at two businesses in the city.

7-Eleven, 326 W. Liberty Dr.

Police say a backpack was stolen from the front seat of a delivery truck just before 6 a.m. on Nov. 16.

Wheaton Sports Center, 1000 W. Prairie Ave.

Sometime between 10:23 a.m. and 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 16, someone smashed the rear driver's side window of a car and stole a tote bag that contained a laptop.
