WHEATON, IL — An American Flag was found burned outside of Wheaton City Hall and other crimes were reported on the most recent edition of the Wheaton Police Department's crime blotter.

A flag was burned on the sidewalk outside of Wheaton City Hall, according to police. The flag was burned on the sidewalk on July 5 and caused damage to the concrete, the blotter said.

Bike Stolen at Wheaton Library

A bike was stolen from a rack at the Wheaton Public Library on July 9. The bike, which had been locked to the rack, was stolen sometime between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Identity Theft Reported at Chase ATM

An identity theft incident was reported at the Chase Bank ATM at 120 E Wesley St. Police say someone used the victim's debit card to withdraw all of their cash around 3 a.m. on June 5.

Another incident of identity theft was reported at a Chase Bank in Wheaton. This incident was reported at the 1800 S. Naperville location, where police say someone made "several withdrawals" from an account between June 15 and June 17.
