The site, part of the Roosevelt Road Corridor District, is currently zoned R-R-4. Zoning code for that area requires a 15-foot side yard setback, but the developer is asking for a variance that would allow a sideyard setback of 12.6 feet.

The requests ill be reviewed at the Planning and Zoning Board meeting on July 14 at 7 p.m.
