Apple Watches Stolen From Store, Car Burglarized: Wheaton Police

WHEATON, IL — Apple watches were stolen from a T-Mobile store, a car was burglarized and other crimes were reported on the most recent blotter from the Wheaton Police Department.
Apple Watches Stolen from T-Mobile
Police say a man came into the T-Mobile store at 801 Butterfield Road, cut the wires to two Apple watches, took the watches and left the store without paying. The theft took place Oct. 20 at 4 p.m.

Car Burglarized in 1800 Block of East Evergreen Street
A victim told police someone stole a purse from an unlocked car that was parked in a driveway in the 1800 block of East Evergreen Street. The incident happened sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 17 and 7 p.m. on Oct. 18.

Catalytic Converter Stolen from Car Parked in 300 Block of County Line Road
A catalytic converter was cut from a Mitsubishi Outlander that was parked in a lot sometime between 9 a.m. and 11:05 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 630-260-2161.
