The Buddha's Teaching of No-Self and Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs

Join us for a lively discussion on one of Buddhism's core teachings called anatta, or no-self.

One of the first stumbling blocks that Westerners encounter when they learn about Buddhism is the teaching of anatta, often translated as no-self. Bhikkhuni Vimala will share her insights and understanding regarding this core teaching of Buddhism and show its relevance in our daily lives. By using these teachings, we will let go of our fears and limiting beliefs so we can live happier, more peaceful lives.
