“A Century in Bloom”

The Wheaton Garden Club presents “ A Century in Bloom” a standard flower show on October 2nd (1-9pm) & October 3rd (9am -2pm) at the Wheaton Public Library, 255 N. Cross St. Wheaton, IL.

Floral designs reflect the following themes  “ Tea for Two, Bee my Baby, Age of Aquarius, Victory Garden, Green and Growing and Nature’s Artistry”.

The horticultural display “ Turn of the Century”, will exhibit a large variety of specimens of shrubs, trees, flowers, and plants from members gardens.

Special exhibits will focus on “Invasive Plants of the Midwest, Weeds:Friend or Foe, Caterpie’s Cafeteria;The Spicebush Caterpillar and Host Plants for Butterflies and Moths”

”A Century in Bloom” is free and open to the public.   Wheaton Garden Club members will be available to provide information and answer questions.
