Now in his fifth decade on the faculty of the Wheaton College Conservatory, pianist Daniel Paul Horn celebrates his recent 70th birthday with a program of variations, including Ludwig van Beethoven’s monumental “Diabelli” Variations, and works by John Adams and Mozart. Daniel Paul Horn continues to be active as a solo and collaborative artist, giving presentations at the annual festivals of the American Liszt Society, performing at colleges across the country, and playing chamber music with leading members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
This concert, part of the Faculty Artists Series at Wheaton College, will take place in the Concert Hall of the Armerding Center for Music and the Arts at 520 E. Kenilworth Ave. on Wheaton's campus. For more information, call the Conservatory of Music at 630.752.5010.
