Car Burglarized At DuPage County Fairgrounds: Cops

WHEATON, IL — Police in Wheaton are looking for a suspect or suspects who smashed a window and stole items from a car parked at the DuPage County Fairgrounds. The victim alerted police to the burglary shortly after it happened on the afternoon of Sept. 16.

According to police, the victim left their car unattended around 12;30 p.m. and then returned around 1:23 p.m. to find that the window on their locked car had been broken. A purse was reported stolen from inside of the car.
