Child Pornography Charges Filed Against Warrenville Man

WARRENVILLE, IL — A Warrenville man has been charged with eight counts of child pornography after police executed a search warrant on his home Wednesday and reported finding child pornography files.

Jordan Erdakos, 25, of the 30W000 block of Maplewood Drive, was taken into custody and is currently being held at DuPage County Jail on $100,000 bail.

“Child pornography is not a victimless crime,” DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin
said in a news release.

Berlin added, “I thank Sheriff Mendrick and his office for their proactive efforts in protecting
our children from child pornographers.”

Erdakos is schedule to appear in court again on Aug. 17.
