City Of Wheaton: Wheaton Police Department Responds To Reports Of Gunfire

At approximately 11 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021, Wheaton Police Officers responded to the 1300 block of N. Main Street for a report of gunfire. Officers arrived on scene and did not find any victims. However, evidence was located indicating a firearm had been discharged.

The Wheaton Police Department is actively investigating this incident and encourages anyone with information to contact Lieutenant Ryan Conway at rconway@wheaton.il.us, or at 630-260-2079.
