Cosley Zoo Uncorked Wine Tasting Event, A Wild Time
Cosley Zoo will host a wine tasting Thursday, July 20 at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature hors d'oeuvres and raffles prizes as well.
Wheaton, IL — Kids always have plenty to do at Cosley Zoo; duck and chicken feedings, discovery stations, interactive railroad caboose, and more.
But, on Thursday, July 20 starting at 5:30pm, adults can experience wine and a little bit of wild at Cosley Zoo Uncorked, a premium outdoor wine tasting for those 21 and over.
The evening includes sampling of the 50-plus wines at nine tasting stations set up for the evening, munching on hors d’oeuvres from My Chef Catering, live entertainment by Trio Life, raffles, and a whole lot of fun.

Guests can purchase entries for Tipsy Turtles, a 50/50 raffle benefitting both the zoo and the winner. Each entry is a rubber turtle marked with a number and placed in a portable plastic swimming pool, where they float until the lucky toy is picked.
Other raffle prizes, like Cosley Zoo experience packages, wine tastings, Arrowhead Golf Club foursomes and more.

"One of the most fun and enjoyable evenings I look forward to every summer. There's something for everyone wine, hors d’ oeuvres, and friends!" Of course, any event at the zoo can’t leave out the animals”, said Ron Gbur.
Zoo staff will be on-hand to facilitate animal encounters throughout the evening.
Tickets to Cosley Zoo Uncorked are $40 per person and $75 per couple. Guests must be 21 or over to attend. Proceeds benefit Cosley Zoo’s nationally accredited animal care, conservation, and public education efforts.
