Death Investigation Involving Semi Underway In Wheaton: Cops

WHEATON, IL -- Roads were temporarily closed in Wheaton Thursday afternoon as police conducted a death investigation involving a semi tractor and trailer. Papworth Street was closed between Cole Avenue and Geneva Road as the investigation moved forward.

Few details were available at press time, but around 2:30 p.m. police said the scene was contained and that they would notify residents when the road reopens. The road reopened to normal traffic around 4:30 p.m.

Officials added that there is no danger to the public.
