Wheaton North High School to Host 50th Anniversary with Mega Celebration

Join hundreds of alumni, former/current teachers and principals in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Wheaton North High School in a 4-day gala. Events include a Burgers & Beer celebration Thursday, October 16th. Friday night fish fry, Homecoming football game with ceremonial coin toss by all former and current Wheaton North Principals. A casual party after the game under the big top with dancing and cocktails featuring music by North alumni and many of your former teachers as guests. Saturday morning program with remarks from Principal Matt Biscan, the Board of Education and Mayor Gresk and a special presentation to Coach Richard Helm. Tours of the school to follow. A Saturday night “Prom” at the elegant Oscar Swan in Geneva highlights the weekend festivities. The celebration concludes with a Sunday morning pancake breakfast for all. Participants will be eligible for discounts at area restaurants, retail stores and attractions during the 4-day event.
