“Eat Well to Age Well” offers seniors tips for healthy, balanced living
Windsor Park Hosting Program on Balance, Healthy Living for Seniors
Area seniors are invited to attend “Eat Well to Age Well,” a free presentation hosted by Windsor Park retirement community on Monday, Jan. 16, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Windsor Park is located at 124 Windsor Park Drive, Carol Stream.
Windsor Park’s registered dietitian and fitness director will describe how to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Taste delicious samples and take home recipes and cooking suggestions for preparing foods that boost vitality and slow aging. Learn simple tips to improve balance and prevent falls, a leading cause of injury among older adults in the United States.
