 The presentation is a motivational talk by the 66 year old couple of their journey that changed their life from couch potatoes to athletes by losing a combined weight of 260 lbs in less than 8 months.  They discuss how they struggled to start and how they dedicated themselves to a life changing process.  Also, how they overcome the myth of the mind and body regarding their age and their ability to do high intensive exercises.  Jerry and Estella can easily say that “If they can do it, anyone can do it.”   Their story will inspire your staff to change their lives and to be proactive in their journey to a healthy new life.   Both Jerry and Estella are still at goal weight and enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle.
