Karen Mains will be our featured speaker. Fascinated with the creative process, she knows art, and what makes an artist. As a believer in Jesus Christ, she also knows what it means to lay everything at the Cross, including our art.
She's written (at least) 27 books, led an international ministry, co-hosted a syndicated radio show, co-hosted an award winning TV program, and... it goes on. She's done that much.

LIVELY ARTS was started in 1997 to provide a welcoming place for artists from various church backgrounds. We come together for show-and-tell, to discuss questions of the arts & faith, and to pray for each other. We encourage each other to grow in our artmaking and commitment to Christ.
