Spring Fashion Tea

 Enjoy a lovely afternoon tea filled with fashion and sounds from the 1930s and 40s. The savories and sweets accompained by tea and lemonade are perfect for a spring lunch in the garden. Guests will be served by ladies and gents dressed in vintage clothing from the Center’s Sallie Underwood Baker Costume Collection.  An intriguing look at the social life of women from the Victorian Era to the 1940s will be presented.  Reservations are required. Seating begins at 12:30 pm and is $20. per person.  This elegant Tea benfits the Center and its educaiton and presevation services.  Center for History, 315 W.
