So you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to lose weight/eat right and you’re off to a great start yet you need a little inspiration. Why Raw Foods?

In this two hour session you will learn what raw, vegan foods are all about and why they are important for optimal health. We will cover nutritional benefits and offer specific immediate steps you can take to bring these foods into your diet. We will be making some basic smoothies, salad, entree and dessert and samples will be served!
